Exploring the pathogenesis and prevention of bronchiectasis based on Lan Mao's theory of"Primacy of Kidney and Spleen"
摘要
Abstract
The spleen and kidney are regarded as the foundation of human vitality and the cornerstone of healthy qi.Deficiency,a major predisposing factor for spleen and kidney disorders,directly impacts the"innate foundation"and"acquired foundation"through lung involvement in bronchiectasis,leading to a dual insufficiency of both foundations.Based on Lan Mao's theory that"among the five zang organs,the kidney and spleen hold primacy",this paper posits that deficiency of vital qi is the primary and necessary condition for bronchiectasis,and discusses how qi deficiency induces phlegm and blood stasis.Guided by the unique local and ethnic medical and pharmaceutical system represented by Lan Mao,the treatment emphasizes the importance of the spleen and kidney,strengthening healthy qi and relieves the clinical symptoms of patients with bronchiectasis.关键词
