运用"一气周流"理论论治非酒精性脂肪性肝病
Treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease based on"One Qi Circulation"theory
摘要
Abstract
Huang Yuanyu's theory of"One Qi Circulation"describes the changes in qi movement with the Middle Earth as the axis,pivoting the four signs.Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease is a prevalent clinical chronic liver disorder.Based on the theory,this paper believes that the pathogenesis of this disease lies in the failure of the good offices of the middle qi,which further leads to the dysfunction of qi in the internal organs,the metabolism of qi,blood and fluid is abnormal,and dampness,phlegm,blood stasis and stagnation of the liver are generated within the body,ultimately congesting the liver.Therefore,the key to treatment is to restore the good offices of the middle qi to reinstate unimpeded systemic qi circulation.Tailored approaches include invigorating spleen and removing dampness,dispersing stagnated liver qi,warming yang and tonifying earth,eliminating dampness and resolving phlegm,resolving turbidity and expelling blood stasis.关键词
