Application of the Three Poria&Cinnamon Twig Prescriptions in cardiovascular diseases based on disease tendency
摘要
Abstract
Cardiovascular diseases encompass a variety of conditions,with clinical manifestations mainly including palpitations,chest tightness,chest pain,shortness of breath,dizziness,etc.The heart is a yang organ,with yang qi as its foudnation.If the heart yang is insufficient,it cannot descend and warm water-cold qi,which can lead to upward surging of fluid-pathogen.Therefore,in clinical practice,besides the method of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,the approach of warming yang and resolving fluid retention is also commonly employed.Disease tendency is a dynamic trend in the degree and spatial aspects of the struggle between good and evil qi.It reflects the overall trajectory of disease development,serving as a critical component of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment,and an important factor affecting clinical efficacy.Analyzing and judging the overall control and subsequent treatment of diseases by disease tendency is of great significance.Linggui Zhugan Decoction(Poria,Cinnamon Twig,Atractylodes Macrocephala and Licorice Decoction),Linggui Zaogan Decoction(Poria,Cinnamon Twig,Jujube and Licorice Decoction),and Fuling Gancao Decoction(Poria and Licorice Decoction)(collectively referred to as Three Poria&Cinnamon Twig Prescriptions)are key formulas for treating yang deficiency and fluid retention.This article explores the application of these formulas in cardiovascular diseases caused by insufficient heart yang and fluid surging from the perspective of disease tendency,from the dynamic changes of the ascending and descending movements,the importance and urgency of the movement,and the spatial changes of the upper,middle,and lower parts.关键词
