孙思邈"五脏痫"论治小儿癫痫探析
Management of pediatric epilepsy through the lens of Sun Simiao's Five Zang Epilepsy theory

Abstract
As one of the outstanding representatives of ancient Chinese doctors,Sun Simiao profoundly influenced the treatment of pediatric epilepsy.Based on the theory of ascending and descending of qi movement,this paper discusses the characteristics of Sun Simiao's Five Zang Epilepsy in the treatment of epilepsy in children,and reveals that the etiology and pathogenesis of epilepsy in children are related to the imbalance of zang-organs qi movement,and the imbalance of ascending and descending of zang-organs qi movement is the main cause of epilepsy in children.The diagnostic method involves observing qi dynamic alterations via inspection of superficial venules,orifices(mouth/nose),urine/stool,ocular features,and physical-mental states.Sun's therapeutic framework classifies epilepsy into five visceral subtypes,employing herbal medicine and moxibustion to regulate qi dynamics and restore visceral balance.Herbal treatment involves five aspects:calming the liver and regulating qi,regulating the heart and regulating qi,harmonizing the spleen and stomach,dispersing lung qi,and tonifying kidney and nourishing qi.Through the analysis of Sun Simiao's thought of Five Zang Epilepsy in the treatment of pediatric epilepsy,this paper summarizes its etiology,pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment,in order to provide novel perspectives and method for the treatment of epilepsy with modern TCM.关键词
