Exploration of traditional Chinese medicine connotation and remodeling strategy of lung cancer tumor microenvironment based on healthy qi dificiency and blazing toxin
摘要
Abstract
"Healthy qi dificiency and blazing toxin"is the core pathogenesis of lung cancer.Healthy qi dificiency is the basic condition for initiating lung cancer,and the dynamic pathogenesis of lung cancer progression is"accumulation of pathogenic factors and blazing toxin".The tumor microenvironment(TME)presents a cancer-promoting state such as immunosuppression,high pressure,hypoxia,chronic inflammation,and low pH under stress conditions.Under the concept of"healthy qi dificiency and blazing toxin",there are similarities between the occurrence and development of lung cancer and the abnormal state of TME.This article will discuss the commonness of"healthy qi dificiency and blazing toxin-TME"in the pathogenesis of lung cancer,and propose traditional Chinese medicine strategies for remodeling lung cancer TME,in order to provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of lung cancer.关键词
