基于"高巅之上,唯风可到"汗下同用治疗缺血性中风的探讨
Exploration on the treatment of ischemic stroke based on the principle of"head above,only the wind can reach"and the use of sweat and defecation
摘要
Abstract
The theoretical basis of stroke was based on the pre-Qin and Han dynasties,formed and developed from the Sui to Jin and Yuan dynasties,and gradually improved from the Qing to modern times.The theory originated from Huangdi's Neijing.Although the etiology was no more than exogenous disease and internal injury,there was no consensus among different theories regarding the theory of stroke.Before the Tang and Song dynasties,the theory of"external wind"was predominant,so treatment mainly focused on dispelling external wind.During the Jin and Yuan dynasties,there were various schools of theory on stroke,which enriched the theory of"internal wind causing disease"based on the Tang and Song dynasties.It was not until modern times that the"Two Principles Theory"was proposed;The treatment should be based on the principles of"relieving superficies and sweating,interior-dredging method and dispelling wind-evil".Ephedra,rhubarb,gypsum,scutellaria scutellaria,ligusticum Chuanxiong,bombyx mori and dilong are used to treat ischemic stroke,and this therapy has significant clinical efficacy.Based on the principle of"head above,only the wind can reach",the application of sweating and interior-dredging method can dispel external wind,calm internal wind and harmonize Yin and Yang,providing ideas and methods for the clinical treatment of ischemic stroke with traditional Chinese medicine.关键词
