基于"瘀毒损络"辨治冠状动脉微血管病变
Treatment based on syndrome differentiation of coronary microvascular disease based on stasis-toxin damage to the collaterals

Abstract
Based on the correlation between the pathogenic characteristics of the theory of stasis-toxin damage to the collaterals and the incidence of coronary microvascular disease,the pathological process of coronary microvascular disease is summarized as the accumulation of blood stasis in the collaterals for a long time,stasis-toxin transformation,and the damage to the heart collaterals caused by the combination of stasis-toxin.Therefore,it is established that the core pathogenesis of coronary microvascular disease is stasis-toxin damage to the collaterals,and detoxification and activating blood circulation are the fundamental treatment of this disease.The clinical syndromes of coronary microvascular disease are complicated and varied,and the pathological factors are mixed with each other.On the basis of detoxification and activating blood circulation,emphasis is placed on treating both manifestation and root cause of disease,taking into account the different syndromes such as benefiting qi and consolidating body resistance,warming yang and resolving phlegm,and dispersing liver and regulating qi.The long-term course of the disease,lingering and difficult to heal,and the difficulty of stasis-toxin cementation should be improved by utilizing the characteristics of insect drugs to break blood stasis and detoxify to enhance clinical efficacy.关键词
