重构本草——马钱子
Reconstruction of Chinese materia medica-Nux vomica
摘要
Abstract
Through investigation of ancient books and the sorting of modern research achievements of traditional Chinese medicine,combined with the understanding and application experience of famous experts and scholars in desciplinary fields such as traditional Chinese medicine clinical medicine and science of Chinese materia medica,it is concluded that nux vomica mainly has the effects of unblocking collaterals and relieving pain,dispersing nodules and reducing swelling.The symptom target is joint pain.The biochemical indicator target is tumor and neuromuscular junction transmission disorders.Modern pharmacological studies have found that nux vomica and its active ingredients have anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects,exciting the nervous system,regulating immunity,and anti-tumor effects.The main toxic component is strychnine.The use of processed nux vomica can reduce toxicity and ensure medication safety.The commonly used dosage in clinical practice is 0.3-0.6 g.This medicine is processed into pills or powders for administration.关键词
