姜云武扶阳针法治疗弱精子症经验撷要
Summary of Jiang Yunwu's experience in treating asthenozoospermia with FuYang acupuncture method
摘要
Abstract
Professor Jiang Yunwu regards"deficiency of kidney yang and obstruction of phlegm and dampness"as the core pathogenesis of this disease.He believes that this disease is located in the kidneys and is closely related to the spleen,liver and lungs.He legislates based on the spleen and kidney,and proposes that this disease should be treated with both manifestation and root cause,and balanced with both tonification and drainage,with the fundamental treatment principle of strengthening vital qi and reinforcing yang,and using both warming and dredging.In the differentiation of meridians and collaterals,based on the theory of Qi street,emphasis is placed on"tonifying the three Qi,Shu-Mu Point allocation method";The differentiation of internal organs emphasizes the principle of"gold and water,the liver and spleen with the adjustment";In clinical treatment,particular emphasis is placed on the application of the"moxibustion"method,which is beneficial for strengthening vital qi to eliminate pathogenic factor and providing personalized treatment,and supporting the acquirement to nourish the congenital body in order to achieve the function of warming and nourishing the essence room,optimizing the essence,and unblocking the essence pathway.This article summarizes his clinical experience in acupoint selection and treatment for the benefit of fellow practitioners.关键词
