国医大师南征基于"一则八法"辨治消渴类疾病的经验
Nanzheng's experience in treatment based on syndrome differentiation of thirst related diseases based on one principle and eight methods

Abstract
Based on many years of clinical experience,Professor Nan Zheng innovatively proposes an effective control mechanism of"one principle and eight methods".Professor Nan Zheng points out that patients with diabetes are mostly qi and yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.In the treatment,the methods of benefiting qi and nourishing yin,nourishing yin and clearing heat,and promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis are proposed,and Xiaokean Decoction is created.He pioneers the name of"diabetes renal failure",points out that the core pathogenesis is"toxin damage to the kidney collaterals",and treats diabetes renal failure from the perspective of"stasis toxin";At the same time,he often uses combined enema therapy for treatment.He pioneeres the name of"xiaoke gout",and often treats it in stages.During the attack period,the methods of dispelling wind and removing dampness,clearing heat and resolving masses,removing phlegm and removing blood stasis,dredging collaterals and relieving pain are used.During the remission period,the treatment method is to nourish the liver and kidneys,detoxify and unblock the meridians.He creats the"Xiaoke Gout An Tang"for oral administration and self-formulated the"Damp Heat Hand and Foot Disease An Tang"for external treatment.The doctors and patients jointly adhere to the"one principle and eight methods",and the therapeutic effect is significant.关键词
