Escalating Challenges and Collaborative Governance of Infodemic in the AI Era
摘要
Abstract
With the rapid development of AI technology,the increasingly serious phenomenon of infodemic has become a new challenge for social governance.Infodemic is characterized by the mixed dissemination of factual and non-factual information on the specific topic,leading to cognitive overload,emotional polarization,and depletion of social trust among the public.In the AI era,generative AI and deepfake technologies have exacerbated the industrial production and dissemination of false information,while algorithm recommendation mechanisms have accelerated the fissile diffusion of distorted content,resulting in structural collapse of the cognitive immune system.To address this challenge,it is necessary to build an AI-based full-chain monitoring and risk prevention and control system,including the development of a multimodal monitoring system,the construction of user behavior graph,and the deployment of intelligent protection system.Meanwhile,a multidimensional governance system led by the government,with platforms taking responsibility and society participating is essential,which strengthens technological autonomy and enhances public digital literacy.Moreover,a human-centered dynamic optimization intervention mechanism is also crucial,it can accurately identify and intervene in dissemination behaviors through traceability of dissemination and cognitive correction.关键词
