摘要

Abstract

Cyberviolence is a complex phenomenon intertwined with social contradictions and technological characteristics in the digital era,and generative artificial intelligence brings new possibilities for innovation in cyberviolence information governance.From the perspective of empowering logic,generative artificial intelligence shows great potential in dynamically monitoring cyberviolence information,preventing and controlling cyberviolence risks in a panoramic manner,and integrating into cyberviolence governance in the whole process,which helps to eliminate the negative impacts of cyberviolence.However,the application of generative artificial intelligence also faces risks at the technical,institutional and ethical levels,and there is an urgent need to enhance technical security and algorithmic transparency,improve legal regulation and responsibility tracing,and advocate the participation of multiple social entities,and strengthen ethical constraints,so as to realize efficient governance of cyberviolence information.
