The Impact of the AIGC Application on the High-Quality Development of the Digital Cultural Enterprises:Empirical Analysis Based on the VAR Model

Abstract
The practice of technological revolution and industrial transformation has indicated that disruptive and cutting-edge technologies are always the engine that promotes the development of cultural industry and generates new dynamic energy.Taking 102 A-share listed digital cultural enterprises from 2019 to 2024 as the research objects,a comprehensive index system to measure the high-quality development of digital cultural enterprises is constructed from the perspectives of economic and social benefits using the Vector Autoregression(VAR)model.The VAR model is then employed to conduct a dynamic econometric analysis of the relationship between AIGC applications and the high-quality development of digital cultural enterprises.The empirical results show that:there is a dynamic causal relationship between the AIGC application and the high-quality development of the digital culture enterprises,and the AIGC application is an important influencing factor for the improvement of the level of high-quality development of the digital culture enterprises;The AIGC application plays a positive role in promoting the organic unity of economic and social benefits for digital culture enterprises,yet it presents a fluctuating tendency;The impact of AIGC application on the high-quality development of the digital culture industry is relatively strong in the short term,while its long-term influence will diminish.关键词
