Abstract
To address the calibration issue of aircraft HUD(Head-Up Display)calibration tooling,a method based on industrial photogrammetry scanning technology is proposed.Firstly,the photogrammetry is used to establish a global control network and measure the coordinates of target points on the calibration tooling's target board.Then,a"filling"point cloud scan of the calibration tooling's mounting base dowel holes is performed using a handheld scanner.Finally,the relative positional relationship between the calibrated tooling's coordinate system,target board,and dowel holes is established.Taking the HUD calibration tooling of a certain aircraft as an example,the accuracy of this calibration method is verified through experiments.The results show that the external conformity accuracy of the perpendicularity measurement between the dowel hole axis of the mounting base and the contact surface is better than 0.15°,with internal coincidence accuracy better than 0.041°.The effectiveness of this cali-bration method is further validated in the actual aircraft calibration,which provides a new idea and method for the calibration of aircraft HUD calibration tooling.关键词
