Research on the Impact of Compulsory Education Financial Assistance on Labor Performance
摘要
Abstract
Based on the new human capital theory,the long-term effect of compulsory educa-tion financial assistance is explored using the CFPS database and the difference-in-differences method.The study found that,compulsory education financial assistance significantly improves the labor performance of beneficiary individuals by improving their human capital level.Hetero-geneity analysis shows that compulsory education financial assistance has a significant effect in secondary labor market,rural areas and private units,but has limited effect in the major labor market,urban areas and non-private units.In view of this,compulsory education financial assis-tance should be further increased,focusing on human capital development and enhancing the long-term effects of the policy.关键词
