摘要

Abstract

A phased array ultrasonic signal compression sensing method based on complementary ensemble em-pirical mode decomposition(CEEMD)is proposed to address the problem of mode aliasing and boundary effects in the intrinsic mode functions(IMFs)of signals after empirical mode decomposition(EMD),and the use of IMF components to construct the measurement matrix can lead to a lower signal reconstruction accuracy in low data volume conditions.Civa software is used for modeling and simulation to obtain the detection signal of theΦ2 side borehole of the aluminum alloy test block,optimize the noise standard deviation of CEEMD to obtain the IMF component,and construct the measurement matrix,and compress and reconstruct the phased array ul-trasonic signals.The simulation and experimental results show that for the sector scan ultrasonic signal of the a-luminum alloy test block,the measurement matrix construction method based on CEEMD only needs 20%data amount to achieve the reconstruction accuracy of the EMD method with 40%of the data.The average percent-age of residual difference(PRD)of reconstructed images by this method is 3.02%,and the peak signal-to-noise ratio(PSNR)of reconstructed images can reach 53.12 dB.
