Mutual Inductance Identification Method for Wireless Charging Systems of Transformer Inspection Robotic Fish
摘要
Abstract
To address the issue of difficulty in directly observing internal defects in large transformers,an in-spection robotic fish is used for internal visual inspection.Considering the need for prolonged inspection by mi-cro-robotic fish,continuous power supply becomes a critical issue for completing the inspection task.Wireless power transfer(WPT)technology offers a viable charging solution.However,the positional variations between the energy transmission coil and the receiving coil of the inspection robotic fish significantly impact the char-ging efficiency and power of the system.Therefore,effectively identifying the mutual inductance and equivalent load value of the wireless charging system becomes a core issue for enhancing system efficiency.To address this,a mutual inductance identification method for the wireless charging system of the transformer inspection robotic fish based on relay coil switching is proposed.This method effectively identifies the mutual inductance and load value between coils by merely detecting the system input impedance vector before and after the relay coil is switched into and out of the system.Experiments demonstrate the high efficiency and accuracy of the proposed method.When the load resistance varies between 10~30 Ω and the lateral offset of the load coil va-ries within the range of 0~50 mm,the error in mutual inductance between coils remains approximately 1 μH,and the error in load resistance is around 2 Ω.关键词
