摘要

Abstract

In response to numerous fault types,difficulties in deploying,and lengthy project cycles of online monitoring of rotating equipments,a design and integrated application method of cloud-based for wireless vibra-tion and temperature monitoring system is proposed.STM32 embedded technology is used to develop the wire-less intelligent sensors and edge gateway,and MATLAB is used to develop the vibration data analysis,conver-sion,and feature extraction software.The data is collected using wireless intelligent vibration and temperature sensors,and is transmitted from sensors to edge gateway via wireless Mesh protocol.Meanwhile,a remote diag-nostic cloud platform for wireless vibration and temperature monitoring is developed using the Vue framework and Java.All data,after being processed and analyzed by the edge gateway,is transmitted to Alibaba cloud servers via 4G communication,achieving integrated applications such as IoT control panels,Web browser moni-toring and diagnostics and WeChat mini-programs.Field tests and actual application effects demonstrate that this solution can not only quickly build an accurate real-time vibration and temperature data collection inter-connection system,but also improve the efficiency of equipment operation and maintenance of rotating equip-ments with health warning and fault diagnosis.
