摘要

Abstract

With the advancement of modern sensing technology,there is significant interest in achieving intelligent,miniaturized,and flexible sensors.Flexible resistive pressure sensors are highly anticipated by researchers due to their high sensitivity and rapid response.In this study,a pressure sensor based on in-situ growth of conductive PDA-PPy(polydopamine-polyaniline)on a TPU(thermoplastic polyurethane)conductive composite membrane is proposed.By employing electrospinning,we fabricate a flexible fibrous substrate membrane,and then chemically graft PDA-PPy microstructures onto its surface to enhance sensitivity and stress range with improved stability.Furthermore,the spine-like microstructures and fibrous network in the sensor system enable rapid pressure response(30.1 ms)and high sensitivity(0.9 kPa-1),allowing detection of subtle pressure variations.The sensor achieves linear sensing across a wide pressure range.This work introduces a novel approach to designing microstructures in flexible pressure sensors,demonstrating promising applications in linear sensing,stability,and rapid response within a broad pressure spectrum.
