摘要

Abstract

Composite electrolytes have important research value due to high flexibility,safety,good contact with electrodes,high ionic conductivity,and many other advantages.In this study,a flexible composite solid electrolyte film was synthesized using poly(vinylidene fluoride-co-hexafluoropropylene)(PVDF-HFP)as the matrix and Li6.4La3Zr1.4Ta0.6O12(LLZTO)and Li10GeP2S12(LGPS)as inorganic fillers.The effect of LLZTO and LGPS content on the thermal stability,mechanical properties,electrochemical stability,and ionic conductivity of the electrolyte was studied.The electrochemical properties of cells were characterized.The results showed that adding LLZTO was conducive to the enhancement of thermal stability,electrochemical window,mechanical properties,and transference number,while the addition of LGPS could significantly improve the ionic conductivity and reduce the interfacial polarization.When the mass fractions of LLZTO and LGPS were both 10wt%,the composite solid electrolyte had good flexibility,excellent mechanical properties(Young's modulus>180 MPa,tensile strength over 14 MPa),a wide electrochemical stability window(4.489 V),high ionic conductivity(0.6 mS/cm at 25℃),and good electrochemical properties(208.1 mAh/g at 0.1 C and above 99%coulombic efficiency after 200 cycles).
