Abstract
The urban renewal has entered a new development stage characterized by the simultaneous emphasis on quality improvement of the existing urban stock and incremental structural optimization,forming a core strategic orientation for high-quality urban development.The study on the urban renewal evaluation system based on multidimensional scales aims to establish a systematic framework to conduct quantitative evaluation on the urban renewal projects,providing scientific bases for practical decision-making.Through the construction of an evaluation model integrating four principal dimensions of spatial utilization efficiency,functional renewal demands,external development opportunities,and practical constraints,this paper identifies ten critical impact factors reflecting regional characteristic contradictions by combining with the case of Songjiang Old Town in Shanghai,evaluates and then obtains three types of renewal guidance models:demolition-reconstruction,organic renewal,and conservation and repair.By institutionalizing a dynamic equilibrium mechanism between conservation requirements and developmental imperatives,this evaluation system offers methodological support for advancing the sustainable transformations in urban renewal practices.关键词
