Abstract
This paper proposes the inclusion of carbon assessment into the whole-cycle control system of urban renewal projects under the background of the"3060"carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals.Combining with the practical experience of urban renewal,a modular,qualitative and quantitative assessment index system framework is established.Taking the urban renewal management in Shenzhen as an example,it discusses the implementation path of low-carbon control of renewal projects,which can provide reference ideas for the achievement of near-zero carbon goals for urban renewal projects.关键词
