民勤荒漠区植物群落土壤酶活性季节变化及微冠层空间分布特征
Effects of spatial and temporal variations on soil enzyme activities of plant communities in the Minqin desert area

Abstract
[Objective]The aim of the study is to investigate the spatial response of soil enzyme activities of dif-ferent plant communities in the Minqin Desert Region to different seasons in the microcanopy and to provide basic data on the process of soil matter cycling in the region.[Method]The present study was conducted to determine the soil enzyme activities of four plant communities,namely,Zygophyllum xanthoxylum,Reaumuria songarica,Oxytro-pis aciphylla and Stipa capillata in Minqin desert area of Gansu.Soil enzyme activities were determined in three soil microcanopy layers at inter-root,inter-irrigation,and under-irrigation in different seasons,respectively.[Result]The results showed that on the time scale,seasonal changes in soil cellulase(S-CL)activity were most significant in the Zygophyllum xanthoxylum and Reaumuria songarica community,with summer>spring>autumn,followed by changes in soil alkaline phosphatase(S-ALP)activity,with spring>summer>autumn.In the Oxytropis aci-phylla community,S-AL activity varied most significantly,spring>summer>autumn,followed by S-ALP ac-tivity,with spring>summer>autumn.In the Stipa capillata community,S-ALP activity varied most,spring>summer>autumn,followed by S-CL activity,with summer>spring>autumn.In the distribution of soil micro-canopies,S-CL activity varied most significantly.In the Zygophyllumx anthoxylum community,inter-irrigation>inter-root>under-irrigation,followed by soil urease(S-UE)activity,under-irrigation>inter-irrigation>inter-root,and lastly,soil sucrase(S-SC)activity,under-irrigation>inter-irrigation>inter-root.In the Reaumuria songarica community,soil catalase(S-CAT)activity varied most significantly,inter—irrigation>under-irrigation>inter-root,followed by S-CL activity,under-irrigation>inter-irrigation>inter-root,and lastly,S-ALP activity,under-irrigation>inter-irrigation>inter-root;and in the Oxytropis aciphylla community,S-CL activity varied most significantly,inter-irrigation>under-irrigation>inter-root,followed by S-CAT activity,under-irrigation>inter-irrigation>inter-root,and lastly S-UE activity,under-irrigation>inter-irrigation>inter-root;in the Stipa capillata community,S-CAT activity varied most signifi-cantly,inter-irrigation>under-irrigation>inter-root,followed by S-CL activity,inter-root>inter-irrigation>under-irrigation,and lastly,S-UE activity,under-irrigation>inter-irrigation>inter-root.The in-teraction effects of plant,canopy depth,and season on soil enzyme activities revealed that the plant × season × canopy interaction had the most significant effects on S-UE,S-CAT activity,S-CL activity,and S-ALP activ-ity.[Conclusion]Soil enzyme activities of plants in desert areas are affected by seasonal and soil micro canopy changes,with the greatest influence in spring and summer,followed by fall,in which the soil enzyme activities of under-irrigation and inter-irrigation were greater than those of inter-root,and S-CL activity,S-CAT,and S-UE activity were the greatest.关键词
