Soil stoichiometric ratio and soil nutrient character-istics of different slope aspects in alpine mined land

Abstract
[Objective]The study is carried out in order to investigate whether slope orientation affects soil stoi-chiometry ratio and comprehensive soil fertility in the planted-grass regreening area during ecological restoration in alpine mining areas,[Method]In this study,the vegetation,soil nutrient,stoichiometric ratio,and fertility characteris-tics of the herbaceous re-greening area in the Qilian Mountain Muli Mining Area in Juhuguinjing were analyzed un-der different slope orientations(no slope,east slope,south slope,west slope,and north slope)to provide data support for the ecological restoration of the alpine mining area.[Result]The study showed that slope orientation significantly changed the vegetation characteristics,soil nutrients and ecological stoichiometric ratios in the alpine mining area,The vegetation characteristics showed that the total cover,density and above-ground biomass were higher on the western and northern slopes than those on the unsloped direction,while the total cover,density,and above-ground biomass on the eastern and southern slopes were lower than those on the unsloped direction,The soil nutrient contents were generally higher on the eastern,southern,western and northern slopes than on the unsloped direction,The soil C/N,C/P and N/P at different slopes were 14.43~20.73,29.57~45.27 and 1.59~2.44 respectively,The comprehen-sive soil fertility from high to low is the west slope,the north slope,the east slope,the south slope and the top of the slag mountain in sequence,Soil moisture,total nitrogen,fast-acting potassium and pH were the key factors affecting the vegetation characteristics of the alpine mining area.[Conclusion]Slope orientation significantly changed soil stoi-chiometric ratios and integrated fertility,Based on the N/P ratio and the contents of total nitrogen and total phospho-rus,it was found that the productivity in the grass planting and re-greening area of the high-cold mining area was limited by nitrogen induced by excessive phosphorus,Therefore,the allochthonous effect of topographic factor of slope orientation on soil nutrient and ecological stoichiometric ratios should be paid attention to in the process of carry-ing out ecological restoration.关键词
