草地早熟禾不同品种多苗萌发特性研究
Study of polyembryonic seedlings in different variet-ies of Poa pratensis

Abstract
[Objective]To explore the differences in the frequency and germination characteristics of polyembry-onic seedlings indifferent varieties of Poa pratensis.[Method]Germination experiments were conducted using 16 va-rieties as materials.The occurrence frequency of multiple seedlings was compared,the types of multiple seedlings and the germination characteristics of seedlings were analyzed,and the two—seedling characteristics of each variety were comprehensively evaluated by using the membership function method.[Result]16 varieties all exhibited the doublets and 8 presented triplets.Doublets were classified into equal and unequal types,while triplets are divided into'one large-two small','two large-one small',and'equal sized'.The doublet rate(28.60%),triplet rate(3.07%),and germination index of doublet(2.06)of'Baron'were the highest,while the doublet rate of'Fullmoon'was the low-est(3.40%).The germination index and vigor index of the singlets were significantly higher than those of different types of doublets in all varieties(P<0.05)The rank of plumule length in 10 varieties is singlet>large seedling of unequal-sized doublet>equal-sized doublet.There was no significant difference in radicle length between singlets and doublets of 11 varieties(P>0.05).Only'Doushi'and'Midnight'showed significant differences in seedling weight between singlet and doublet(P<0.05).The membership function analysis indicated that'Baron'had the best in doublet characteristics,while'Empire'had the worst.[Conclusion]'Baron'had the highest frequency of polyembry-onic seedlings,and its doublet characteristics are superior to those in other varieties.It is an ideal material for studying the mechanism of the formation of polyembryonic seedlings in bluegrass.关键词
