摘要

Abstract

[Objective]To explore the effect of Erwinia persicina Cp2 pink pigment on the structure of cultur-able bacterial communities in alfalfa seedlings.[Method]In this experiment,alfalfa'Juneng 551'was treated with different concentrations of Cp2 pink pigment(0,0.094,0.188,0.282,0.376,0.470 mg/mL).After 21 days of growth,the aboveground and underground culturable bacteria of alfalfa seedlings were isolated and purified.[Result]1)After 16S rRNA sequencing,a total of 15 strains of bacteria were isolated from alfalfa seedlings,belonging to 3 phyla and 11 genus.The dominant phylum was Firmicutes,accounting for 40%of the phylum level,and the dominant genus was Bacillus,accounting for 20%of the genus level.2)Cp2 pink pigment can significantly increase the number of aboveground and underground culturable bacteria in alfalfa seedlings compared with CK,and the number of under-ground culturable bacteria in alfalfa seedlings is higher than that above ground.3)Cp2 pink pigment altered the domi-nant bacterial genera within the culturable community of alfalfa seedlings.With the increase of Cp2 pink pigment con-centration,the dominant genus shifted progressively from Bacillus to Brevibacillus,then to Leclercia,and ultimately to Pantoea.[Conclusion]Cp2 pink pigment of Erwinia persicina changes the community structure of culturable bac-teria in alfalfa seedlings.
