甘肃野生草地早熟禾的根系特征
Root characteristics of wild Kentucky bluegrass in Gansu Province
摘要
Abstract
[Objective]To explore the root characteristics of wild Kentucky bluegrass materials from different re-gions in Gansu.[Method]This study was focused on 9 wild Kentucky bluegrass in Gansu Province.Indoor cultiva-tion experiments,root scanning,tissue staining,and TTC vitality determination methods were used to visualize and quantify root characteristic parameters,and correlation analysis,principal component analysis,and cluster analysis were performed on each parameter.[Result]The root fresh weight,root dry weight,total root length,total root sur-face area,total root volume,root tip number,and root branching number of the materials from Dingxi,Lanzhou,and Longnan were all higher than those of the other six materials.There was no significant difference in root activity and lateral root primordium among the nine samples of Kentucky bluegrass.The maximum root depth of the Qinzhou ma-terial was greater than that of the other materials.Principal component analysis showed that the main parameters char-acterizing the root characteristics of wild Kentucky bluegrass in Gansu were total root volume,root branching num-ber,root dry weight,root tip number,and underground fresh weight.The comprehensive ranking of 9 Kentucky blue-grass materials was:Lanzhou>Dingxi>Longnan>Midnight(CK)>Qinzhou>Gangu>Qingshui>Longxi>Gannan.Cluster analysis divided 9 bluegrass materials into four categories.The root characteristics of bluegrass mate-rials in the third and fourth groups were relatively good,namely Longnan,Lanzhou,and Dingxi.[Conclusion]Over-all,the root characteristics of Lanzhou,Dingxi,and Longnan materials are good and can be used as parent materials for ecological restoration.关键词
