Journeys,Measures and Experiences of the Reorganization of Information Technology Training Occupation in Germany Under Digital Transformation

Abstract
Driven by digital transformation and Industry 4.0,the IT(Information Technology)industry is experiencing a significant opportunity for growth due to increasing integration and expansion of IT systems.Consequently the reorganization of IT training occupation has become a logical prelude to restructuring vocational education in Germany's Vocational Education 4.0 initiative.After two reorganization phases,Germany has developed IT training occupation for Industry 4.0,including IT system management specialist,digitalization management specialist,information technology specialist,and IT system electronics technician.Based on multi-stakeholder research,this reorganization achieved breakthroughs in revision of occupational specifications,study fields,examination formats,and continuing education systems through the creation of new occupational profiles,updating curricular structures and contents,and implementing modular examination.This case not only reflects the robust stability of German's training occupation grounded in systemic logic,but also showcases Germany's adaptability and potential in responding to digital transformation and Industry 4.0.关键词
