职业教育赋能乡村全面振兴:理论逻辑与实践路径
Vocational Education Empowering All-Around Rural Revitalization:Theoretical Logic and Practical Paths

Abstract
The all-around rural revitalization is essential for accelerating agricultural and rural modernization.As the type of education most closely tied to economic development,vocational education effectively advances the strategy of rural revitalization by fulfilling its social and educational functions,including supporting economic,cultural and ecological development.In the process of promoting rural talent cultivation,vocational education and all-around rural revitalization establish a bidirectional empowerment and symbiotic relationship via the mechanism of education-industry-talent-innovation chain integration.At the policy level,this achieves institutional synergy and goal alignment;in the oretical support,it enables resource sharing and value co-creation;while practically,it resolves rural hollowing-out challenges.Guided by this four-chain integration,vocational education establishes a quality training model through education chain optimization,develops precision supply-demand services through industry chain embedding,creates multidimensional talent channels by reshaping talent chain,and forms innovation-driven mechanism through activating innovation chain,thereby constructing a theoretical framework for vocational education empowering all-around rural revitalization.Therefore,practical efforts should focus on five areas,namely,subject synergy,integration between industry and education,digital empowerment,cultural cultivation,and institutional support,to establish distinctive educational platforms,align with rural industrial needs,innovate rural service models,strengthen rural cultural identity,and safeguard all-around rural revitalization,ultimately building a vocational education model with Chinese Characteristics for all-around rural revitalization.关键词
