The New Infrastructure of Vocational Education of Five Key Components Under the Background of New Quality Productivity:Value Implications,Practical Dilemmas and Optimization Paths

Abstract
The development of new quality productivity constitutes an inherent requirement for promoting high-quality development,while the new infrastructure of vocational education of Five Key Components(key majors,key curriculum,key textbooks,key teachers and key training bases)provides strong support for the development of new quality productivity.In value objectives,both focus on high-quality socioeconomic development,emphasize innovation-driven quality enhancement,and address national industrial upgrading needs;in resource elements,the Five Key Components correspond organically to new quality productivity's workers,labor materials,and objects,enabling resource complementarity.However,at present,the new infrastructure of vocational education of Five Key Components faces dilemmas:unclear positioning of majors;outdated curriculum with poor design;biased textbook concepts coupled with delayed new teaching material and other problems;insufficient double-qualified teachers and flawed cultivation mechanism;and obsolete training bases facilities with shallow integration between industry and education.Therefore,under the background of new quality productivity,the new infrastructure of vocational education of Five Key Components should develop industry-aligned key majors,establish work-oriented key curriculum,create science-reality integrated key textbooks,cultivate key teachers through specialist-partnership integration,and build industry-academia key bases.Through synergistic development,a talent cultivation mechanism beneficial to new quality productivity will emerge,providing solid talent support for a skilling society and the Chinese path to modernization.关键词
