The Role and Iteration of Digital Artifacts in the Digital Transformation of Community Education
摘要
Abstract
The digital transformation of community education is a necessary way to build a learning society.The theory of sociomateriality provides an analytical lens to reveal how digital artifacts function educationally in this process.Through semi-structured interviews with administrators,teachers,and learners in community education,it is found that digital artifacts serve as the foundation for governance,act as learning carrier in the digital era,and provide platforms for maintaining social relations and enabling self-realization among elderly learners.In addition,connections between physical artifacts and digital artifacts are continuously formed and iterated.Digital artifacts enhance management efficiency while simultaneously demanding digital skills from community education administrators,teachers and students,presenting both efficacy and risk.In the future,to promote the digital transformation of community education,it is necessary to strengthen the risk assessment of digital artifacts and promote the sustainable development of community education;develop quality certification standards for online courses and build a multi-level participation incentive mechanism;innovate grassroots governance models with big data cross-validation system;and enhance targeted digital literacy training for the elderly to share learning society achievements.关键词
