大豆组蛋白乙酰转移酶基因GmHATs克隆及逆境表达分析
Cloning and Stress-Induced Expression Analysis of Acetyltransferase GmHATs Gene in Soybean

Abstract
The soybean GmHATs gene encodes histone acetyltransferase,which together with histone deacetylase maintains the dynamic modification of soybean chromatin by acetylation.To investigate the function of soybean histone acetyltransferase gene HAT in resisting low phosphorus and low temperature stress,we cloned soybean acetyltransferase genes GmHATa and GmHATb from Dongnong 50,and carried out bioinformatic analyses,subcellular localisation and detected the expression of the genes under low temperature and low phosphorus stress.The results showed that the cDNA of GmHATa gene was 1 632 bp,encoding 543 amino acids,and the cDNA fragment of GmHATb gene was 1 623 bp,encoding 541 amino acids.Bioinformation analysis of protein structural domains showed that GmHATs proteins contain conserved bromodomain superfamily.The secondary structure of the two GmHATs proteins was mainly α-helix and irregularly coiled.The results of subcellular localization indicated that both proteins were localized in the nucleus.Multiple sequences alignments and evolutionary analysis showed that GmHATs were similar to Glycine soja and Medicago sativa.Under low phosphorus and low temperature stress treatments,both GmHATs genes were induced to expressed in different tissues.This study revealed that soybean acetyltransferase gene may play an important role in the process of resisting low phosphorus and low temperature stress,and provided theoretical support for the in-depth analysis of the mechanism of soybean plant adaptation to environmental stress.关键词
