海工装备用低合金高强钢焊接现状与展望
Current Situation and Prospect of Welding of Low-alloy High-strength Steel for Offshore Equipment
摘要
Abstract
The transformation and upgrading of marine engineering equipment have set higher requirements for the perfor-mance of steel materials.Low-alloy high-strength steel,with its superior strength,toughness,and corrosion resistance,has been widely used in the field of marine engineering equipment manufacturing.This paper systematically reviews the core reasons for the formation of cold cracks and the decline of joint mechanical properties during the welding process of low-alloy high-strength steel for marine engineering equipment,and deeply analyzes the mechanism of solutions such as alloy el-ement optimization and welding process parameter control.In addition,the application status of traditional welding technolo-gies such as electrode arc welding and submerged arc automatic welding,as well as new technologies such as laser-arc hy-brid welding and narrow gap welding in marine engineering low-alloy high-strength steel,are compared in terms of heat-affected zone control,welding efficiency,and joint performance.Through collaborative optimization,including the precise matching of alloy elements such as Cr,Ni,and Mo to strengthen the structure and corrosion resistance,the fine control of welding heat input to suppress grain coarsening,and the promotion and application of new welding technologies,the strength,toughness,and corrosion resistance of welding joints can be significantly improved.Finally,the development trend of intelligent welding,additive manufacturing,and other technologies in the field of low-alloy high-strength steel welding for marine engineering equipment is prospected,providing theoretical support and technical reference for the safe service of welding structures under extreme marine environment.关键词
