烟煤掺配高碱煤燃烧特性及结渣特性试验研究
Experimental Study on Blended Coal Combustion Characteristics and Slagging Characteristics of Bituminous Coal Mixed with High-alkali Coal

Abstract
A generator unit needs to be mixed with Xinjiang high-alkali coal and high-sulfur coal with low ash melting point.Before mixing high-alkali coal and low ash melting point coal,it is particularly important to ob-tain the combustion characteristics and slag formation characteristics of coal blending in different proportions,to determine the co-firing ratio.The study on the combustion characteristics and slagging characteristics of different blended coal is carried out on the thermal weight analyzer and grey melting point analyzer.The results show that the combustion reaction of high-sulfur and low ash coal and Xinjiang high-alkali coal is strong,but it has a serious slag trend.The ash deformation temperature of the two kinds of coal is lower than 1 200℃,which is mainly due to the high calcium content in ash.The deformation temperature of charcoal coal ash is higher than 1 430℃,and the slag trend is slight.The blended coal with the co-firing ratio of Xinjiang high-alkali coal and carboniferous coal of 3∶7 and 5∶5 ratio,and with the co-firing ratio of high-sulfur low ash melting point and carboniferous coal of 3∶7,have slight slag trend,but the blended coal with the co-firing ratio of Xinjiang high-alkali coal and carbon-iferous coal of 7∶3 has obvious slag trend.Comprehensive slagging characteristics and combustion characteristics,high-sulfur and low ash melting point coal and Xinjiang high-alkali coal are mixed with carboniferous coal at a ra-tio of 5∶5,which is conducive to steady combustion,and there will be no obvious slagging.关键词
