摘要

Abstract

Lithium-ion batteries are a crucial component of new energy vehicles,and their demand is increasing rapidly.The large-scale production and subsequent decommissioning of lithium-ion batter-ies have significant environmental impacts,making their recycling a substantial challenge.The re-source recovery of lithium-ion batteries can greatly alleviate the shortage of valuable metal resources and contribute to environmental protection.Among the many factors constraining the recycling of lithium-ion batteries,the most critical is the outdated recycling technology.Therefore,the develop-ment of green recycling methods that are both environmentally friendly and economically viable is particularly important.The latest advancements in the recycling and regeneration of spent lithium-ion batteries were summarized,the composition and components of lithium-ion batteries were intro-duced,and the resource recovery methods for various components during the pretreatment process were reviewed.It also covered the typical pyrometallurgical and hydrometallurgical recovery of valu-able metals,direct regeneration of cathodes and anodes,and the preparation of novel carbon materi-als from recycled anodes,comparing the characteristics,advantages,and disadvantages of different methods.Finally,the difficulties and challenges faced in the recycling of retired lithium-ion batteries were analyzed,and practical suggestions and future prospects were proposed.
