摘要

Abstract

With the widespread application of power lithium-ion batteries,the quantity of spent lithium-ion batteries has been increasing rapidly.How to achieve efficient,clean,and resource-oriented recycling has become a critical issue to be urgently addressed for the sustainable develop-ment of the lithium-ion battery industry.Magnetic separation technology,which simplifies the recy-cling process by utilizing the magnetic property differences of battery cathode materials,represents a green and low-energy-consumption pre-treatment method for battery recycling.This thesis primarily explores the mechanism of magnetic separation and equipments,meanwhile,the applications of mag-netic separation technology in two mainstream types of spent lithium-ion batteries are summarized,aiming to realize the integration of magnetic separation technology with spent lithium-ion battery re-cycling and promote the rapid development of the recycling industry for spent lithium-ion battery cathode materials.
