摘要

Abstract

In order to alleviate the peak regulation pressure of the important transmission section of the regional power grid with new energy concentration and meet the transient stability of the power grid,a calculation method for the carrying pumping and storage scale of the regional power grid taking into account the curtailment rate and transient stability of the new energy generation is proposed.In the first stage,the total scale of pumped storage is determined by considering the curtailment rate of renewable energy in the regional power grid,and the optimization goal is to meet the demand of new energy curtailment.In the second stage,the transient stability of the regional power grid is considered,and the transient stability of the regional power grid is satisfied,and the pumping and storage scale connected to the regional power grid is further obtained.Taking an actual power grid as an example,the simulation results show that the pumping and storage scale can not only meet the curtailment rate of renewable energy,but also ensure the transient stability of the regional power grid according to the proposed two-stage calculation method.
