摘要

Abstract

This article is based on an photovoltaic power plant project located in a high altitude area,and studies the structural damage that occurs during the operation of the flat single axis tracking bracket of the project.The relevant structural design parameter values are analyzed,and the influence of altitude on wind load values is considered.The basic wind pressure is corrected.The flat single axis tracking bracket structure is rechecked and verified using numerical analysis methods.The analysis results show that,according to the original design parameters,the structure was rechecked and calculated.The cross-sectional design strength and stable stress ratio of the main beam were insufficient,and the partial deflection of the components exceeded the allowable value;If the design wind speed takes into account the air density and mountain terrain coefficient correction,the bearing capacity and deformation of structural components such as steel pillars,main beams,and purlins do not meet the requirements.Finally,based on the numerical analysis calculation results,regional treatment measures are taken.
