Abstract
To meet the development,integration and accommodation demands of large-scale distributed photovoltaic(PV),a planning-oriented optimization method based on the graph theory and simulated operation is proposed for the division of substation service area.First,considering the temporal distribution characteristics and meteorological sensi-tivity,a load and PV output time series model based on public data is established.Then,the division of substation ser-vice area is abstracted into an integer programming plot classification problem.With an objective of minimizing the in-vestment cost and PV curtailment cost,a multi-voltage level power flow constraint of power grid with virtual medium-voltage feeders and access point is established,and a bi-level programming model based on the simulated operation of source-load time series is formed.In this way,the service area division scheme considering the source-load coupling complementary characteristics can be obtained.To ensure the spatial connectivity of the substation service area,a verifi-cation method based on the union-find set algorithm is put forward.With the combination of a genetic algorithm,the pro-posed bi-level programming model is solved heuristically.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed method in terms of improving the PV accommodation is verified through a case study of the service area of seven actual substations.关键词
