Clustered Thermostatically Controlled Loads Flexibility Restoration Control Considering Continuous Grid Regulation Demand

Abstract
To address the load synchronization issue which will occur when thermostatically controlled loads(TCLs)participate in the continuous grid regulation,a clustered TCLs flexibility restoration control method considering the con-tinuous grid regulation demand is proposed.First,according to the causes of load synchronization phenomenon in clus-tered TCLs,a diversity index is introduced to describe the richness and uniformity of temperature states in clustered TCLs.Then,a clustered TCLs diversity restoration control algorithm is put forward based on the characteristics of the di-versity index.This algorithm incorporates the constraints and control strategies for high-energy-consuming TCL process-es,as well as the frequency control strategies for grid interaction,thus formulating a high-energy-consuming TCL clus-ter regulation method with the consideration of diversity restoration.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed control method is validated by simulation results.关键词
