Multi-stage Expansion Planning for Offshore Wind-hydrogen System Considering Construction Window Period

Abstract
At present,the construction of offshore wind farms is constrained by sea state factors,which leads to a con-struction window period.For this reason,a multi-stage expansion planning method for offshore wind-hydrogen system considering the construction window period is proposed.First,the wind-hydrogen equipment constraints at different stages are formulated based on the construction constraints during the window period and the load growth demand.Sec-ond,a fatigue load equalization model and an"active islanding"model taking into account the output from multiple wind farms are put forward to reduce the number of wind farm overhauls and improve the reliability of wind farms in the case of convergence line failures.On this basis,a multi-stage offshore wind-hydrogen expansion planning model for the energy production,storage and transportation units considering constraints such as the fatigue equalization constraints of wind farms is developed,with the goal of minimizing the whole-life costs of investment,operation and depreciated value.Finally,the proposed model is transformed into a two-stage robust model and solved by the column-and-con-straint generation algorithm.The results of an example show that the proposed method can effectively improve the econo-my of offshore wind-hydrogen system while reducing the wind abandonment rate.关键词
