Calculation Method for Theoretical Line Loss Rate Considering Power Quality Factors
摘要
Abstract
In novel power systems,power quality issues are becoming increasingly severe,which lead to additional line losses.To improve the accuracy of theoretical line loss rate,the power quality factors should be taken into account.In this paper,all the factors affecting the theoretical line loss including power quality factors are considered,and the grey correlation analysis is performed on each factor to identify the most significant ones.During the screening process,cross-validation is applied on each dimension to select the optimal dimension that can be taken as the model input data.The calculations of theoretical line loss are performed using both the random forest algorithm and back propagation(BP)neural network based on the selected data,and the results calculated using the two algorithms are compared.Finally,the random forest algorithm is chosen as the computational model.The samples from a specific region are taken as a sim-ulation example,and the calculation results verify the effectiveness and rationality of the proposed method.关键词
