利用漏磁场幅值特征的变压器绕组早期故障定位方法
Early Fault Localization Method for Transformer Windings Using Leakage Magnetic Field Amplitude Characteristics

Abstract
It is difficult for traditional transformer protection to identify the early faults of transformer windings such as winding deformation and minor turn-to-turn short-circuit faults,and the positions of winding faults cannot be accurately located.In this paper,a method for identifying and locating the early faults in transformer windings is proposed by using changes in the distribution of transformer space leakage magnetic field.First,a general analytical calculation model of transformer space leakage magnetic field is established,which is used to analyze the changing characteristics of leakage magnetic field fault quantity under winding deformation and minor turn-to-turn short-circuit faults.Then,the unbal-anced characteristics of leakage magnetic field at the end and middle of windings under fault are used to determine the leakage magnetic field differential protection and the winding fault localization scheme based on the steady-state quanti-ty of leakage magnetic field and fault components.In addition,the leakage magnetic field differential protection fixed value is adjusted,and the sensitivity calibration is performed.Finally,a finite element simulation model and a physical dynamic-mode test model were established to verify the effectiveness of this protection and the winding fault localization strategy.Results show that the proposed method is capable of on-line identification and localization of transformer wind-ing deformation and minor turn-to-turn short-circuit faults.关键词
