摘要

Abstract

After a large-scale blackout in power system,a reasonable and effective load restoration strategy can reduce economic losses and mitigate negative social impacts.However,the characteristics of thermostatically controlled loads and the source/load uncertainties can influence the effect of the decision.To this end,a distributionally robust stochastic optimization method considering time-varying characteristics of thermostatically controlled loads is proposed.First,a linearized modeling approach for the time-varying characteristics of thermostatically controlled loads and a correction method for the load restoration value are proposed based on the reverse thinking method.Then,the Wasserstein distance and conditional value at risk(CVAR)theory are used respectively to construct the source/load uncertainty models during the load restoration process,and the distributionally robust stochastic optimization theory is applied to quantify the cost of recovery security risks caused by the source/load uncertainties.Furthermore,following the practical engineering requirement of"grading,batching,and gradual restoration",a multi-objective distributionally robust stochastic optimization model for power system load restoration is constructed,which undergoes non-dimensional processing based on the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)method and aims to maximize the net benefit of power system load restoration.The strong duality theory and the approximate upper bound method are used to linearize the proposed model and improve solution efficiency.Simulations on a improve 125-bus real power system demonstrate that the proposed method can effectively reflect the time-varying characteristics of thermostatically controlled loads and address source/load uncertainties,thereby improving the net benefit of load restoration.
