Collaborative Frequency Market Operation Strategy of Electric Vehicle Aggregator and Units Considering Charging and Discharging Responsiveness

Abstract
With the gradual development of frequency regulation market rules in China that emphasize regulation performance,the revenue of traditional frequency regulation units has significantly declined.A collaborative frequency regulation model combining the complementary advantages of aggregated electric vehicles(EVs)and traditional units has emerged as a new approach.This paper proposes a collaborative frequency regulation strategy for EV aggregators(EVA)and traditional units to maximize cooperative operational profit by considering EV users' charging and discharging responsiveness under dual incentives.First,an EV interaction response model based on the Weber-Fechner Law is established,accounting for battery degradation from irregular charging and discharging and users' varying psychological tolerance for bidirectional vehicle-to-grid interactions.Second,an EV cluster response model is developed to capture the sequential response characteristics of individual EVs to charging and discharging incentives throughout the grid connection period.Third,the collaborative frequency regulation characteristics of EVA and traditional units are analyzed under the frequency regulation assessment rules of Guangdong Province.Considering the multi-period coupling constraints of participation of EVA in the energy-frequency regulation market,along with collaborative regulation capacity and mileage revenue,the energy and incentive costs of EVA,and the operational expenses of traditional units,a collaborative frequency regulation optimization strategy is developed to maximize comprehensive revenue.关键词
