摘要

Abstract

The future power grid will continue to evolve,with a significant increase in the amount of adjustable resources on the demand side.To strengthen the coordination of internal resources among market entities and the orderly connection with the external power market and resolve the value allocation problem of decentralized and heterogeneous adjustable resources,this paper proposes a bi-level transaction model of a new-type business entity with distributed heterogeneous adjustable resources.It considers the dual roles of new business entities at different trading levels,including the sharing transactions of internal flexibility resources and the bidding decisions in the electricity market.It introduces a heterogeneous and adjustable resource value allocation mechanism based on VCG two-way auction to incentivize participation in shared operations.This includes bidding,decision-making for winning bids,and fund settlement.It supports both buyer-seller"or"bidding and multi-period dynamic"and"bidding,accurately characterizing supply-demand relationships in bid decisions while identifying contributions from various market players during non-trading hours in power-sharing transactions.An example using the IEEE-15 node system is used to verify the effectiveness of the proposed mechanism by comparing bid-winning situations for buyers and sellers and social welfare under different bidding types.Also,comparing fund transfers,individual rationality,and budget balance under different value distribution schemes.The results demonstrate that the proposed allocation mechanism accurately quantifies the contribution of energy storage to energy sharing transactions during non-trading periods.This overcomes the limitations of traditional settlement methods,which neglects the temporal dynamics and continuity of electricity due to the exclusion of operational constraints of participating entities.
