Abstract

Engineering problems such as irregular load switching in the low-voltage distribution area or incorrect meter file creation will cause the cloud service system's Topology Data Exception(TDE).This situation mainly occurs in the same power point network with similar voltage curve height,which is difficult to monitor by existing methods.Therefore,a topological data management method for homologous low-voltage distribution area-based online loss contribution degree is proposed.First,the regression coefficient and line loss contribution index of end-users under the station area were obtained according to the line loss equation,and the TDE whose index exceeded the threshold was removed from the station area one by one.Then,to solve the problem that multiple abnormal topological power stacks cause many line loss fluctuation features to be lost,the regression coefficient forced trend strategy is proposed,and the potential TDE is further detected by constructing a Bayesian regression model and incorporating a bimodal boundary trend encouragement mechanism.Finally,a stepwise truth-return model is proposed based on voltage correlation and line loss balance.Firstly,the 10kV feeder line and 0.4kV low-voltage station area set belonging to TDE are located step by step through correlation analysis.Then the line loss contribution rule traces the accurate transformer-customer relationship to achieve closed-loop topological data management.The proposed method has been deployed to the Open Data Processing Service(ODPS)of a power company in East China and verified with more than 800 actual station data.The identification accuracy rate is 97.05%,which has good robustness and universality.
