广西部分地区猪链球菌的血清型和毒力基因检测及分析
Detection and Analysis of Serotypes and Virulence Genes of Streptococcus suis in Some Areas of Guangxi

Abstract
In order to understand the serotypes and virulence genes of Streptococcus suis in Guangxi region,a total of 214 strains(38.28％)of Streptococcus suis were isolated from 559 pig tissue samples from 8 cit-ies and counties in Guangxi.A total of 214 strains of Streptococcus suis were serotyped,including 20 sero-type 2 strains,90 strains with virulence gene SLY(42.05％),22 strains with virulence gene MRP(10.28％),61 strains with virulence gene EF(28.50％),and 152 strains with virulence gene ORF2(71.02％).The results showed that the isolation rate of Streptococcus suis in Guangxi in 2018 was almost unchanged compared with last year.The dominant serotypes were 2,9,15 and 31.The carrying rates of viru-lence genes were ORF2＞SLY＞EF＞MRP.This study confirmed the complexity of the epidemic situation of Streptococcus suis in Guangxi and provided data support for understanding the serotype and virulence gene of porcine streptococcosis in Guangxi.关键词
