新疆某野生动物园草食动物粪源大肠埃希氏菌和肠球菌的分离鉴定与耐药性分析
Isolation,Identification and Drug Resistance Analysis of E.coli and Enterococcus from Herbivore Feces in a Wildlife Zoo in Xinjiang

Abstract
A total of 231 fresh feces were collected from Cervus nippon,Cervus canadensis,and Bos mutus in the high-altitude area of the wildlife park,and equine animals(Equus hemionus hemionus and Equus ferus)in the desert area,E.coli and Enterococcus were isolated and identified.The minimum inhibitory con-centration of E.coli and Enterococcus was determined using the agar dilution method recommended by CLSI;PCR was used to detect common drug-resistance genes.The results showed that the isolation rate of Enterococcus in the feces of herbivores was higher than that of E.coli,with rates of 93.5%(216/231)and 56.7%(131/231),respectively.The isolation rate of Enterococcus faecium was the highest at 64.3%(139/216).The results of the antimicrobial susceptibility testing showed that the isolated E.coli were resistant to less than 12.5%of florfenicol,ampicillin,doxycycline,and tetracycline,and were sensitive to the other six drugs.Enterococcus had a lower resistance rate to tetracycline(1.9%,4/216),doxycycline(0.9%,2/216),and enrofloxacin(5.1%,11/216);but a higher resistance rate to aminoglycoside drug amikacin(28.2%,61/216),and was sensitive to the other six drugs.The results of drug resistance gene testing showed that only the isolated E.coli had the β-lactamide resistance gene blaEC(47.3%),the tetracycline resistance gene tet(A)(9.2%),and the acylamide alcohol resistance gene floR(1.5%).Enterococcus had the aminoglycoside resistance gene aac(6')-Ii(53.7%)and the tetracycline resistance gene tet(M)(0.5%).The results showed that the drug resistance rate of E.coli and Enterococcus from herbivorous animals in the wildlife park was low,and the detection rate of drug resistance genes was not high.The drug resistance phenotypes of other drugs were positively correlated with the genotypes,except that the resistance phenotypes of β-lac-tam drugs were inconsistent with the detection rate of drug resistance genes.These results suggest that ani-mals can avoid the development and spread of drug resistance of carrying bacteria under conditions of closed management.关键词
