不同乳源外泌体miRNAs的差异及其功能研究进展
Progress on Differences of Inexosomal miRNAs of Different Milk Sources and Their Functions
摘要
Abstract
The lactogenetic exosome,an extracellular vesicle derived from mammalian mammary epithelial cells,contains mRNAs,miRNAs and proteins that have been shown to be involved in intercellular commu-nication and active substance transport.Although miRNA species are similar in the milk of different ani-mals,they differ in expression levels.They play important roles in physiopathological processes such as in-flammation,immune response,and tumorigenesis and development.In recent years,mammary exosomes and the miRNAs they carry have shown great potential as novel molecular markers and drug carriers in tumour diagnosis,prognosis and therapy.In this paper,we describe the origin,differences,functions of lac-toexosomes and their potential in inflammation,immune response,and tumour diagnosis and treatment to provide references for further research on lactoexosomes.关键词
